Job Description :

  • The Job requires interacting with customers through Email/Chat to ensure all issues are resolved to customer’s satisfaction
  • Job requires you to understand the customer’s problem accurately, follow the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers
  • As a Customer Service Executive, you will be dealing with our customers from all over India
  • As a company we take great pride in the level of customer service we deliver to the customers

Skills :

  • Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Must be a Team Player
  • Have a good attitude – Should be committed to the work
  • Typing speed of 30 WPM with Min 90% Accuracy
  • Languages required: English/Hindi/Marathi

Qualification : Any Graduate
