Job Description:
- Identify risks and evaluate information about the quality of the product over releases.
- Designing and writing test cases.
- Support automation of test cases using Cypress.io and help connect test suites to our CI/CD pipeline ensuring continuous quality assurance.
- Help define and implement quality metrics and record QA artifacts.
- Review solutions implemented by developers and identify issues in them before implementation.
- Assist in planning and executing testing cycles, setting up test data, and providing quality reports.
Responsibilities:
- 0-1 years of experience in QA and automation
- Strong foundational understanding of manual testing processes.
- Basic understanding of debugging web applications.
- Basic working knowledge of REST APIs, databases, sessions, and tokens.
- Familiarity with Scrum framework and Agile practices.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation.
- Proven track record of attention to detail and proactive expectation management.
- Performance and security testing expertise
- Exposure to automation tools like Cypress.io or Selenium (e.g., through personal projects, coursework, or internships).
- Experience in defining and/or implementing test strategies
