Job Description:
- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
- Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on industry technology trends and innovations while actively contributing to technology communities.
- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
- Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
- Provide specialist advice and support for stakeholders/customers.
- Manage risk and strengthen controls in work areas while ensuring compliance with regulations, rules, and codes of conduct.
- Build relationships with stakeholders/customers to identify and address their needs.
- Maintain an understanding of how different teams contribute to business objectives and collaborate effectively.
- Lead, supervise, and support professional development within a team, if applicable.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journeys, Transactional APIs, and Mobile Studio.
- Proficiency in SQL and HTML coding.
- Experience with Java and APIs is a plus.
- Prior experience in the Financial Services/Banking industry is highly valued.
