📝 Job Description:
- Understand and apply the software development life cycle (SDLC), software testing life cycle (STLC), and bug life cycle.
- Perform manual and automated testing for web applications.
- Conduct system, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases, and execute them accurately.
- Perform database testing and report any discrepancies.
- Log and report bugs using one or more industry-standard tools.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of testing activities.
- Ensure quality and functionality of software before release.
Skills:
- Experience: 0 – 1 year.
- Location: Chembur West.
- Duration: 6 months.
- Immediate joining is required.
- Proficiency in:
- Manual Testing (Web)
- Automated Testing (Web)
- Software Testing
- Database Testing
- Preparing Test Cases
- Bug Reporting
- Experience using at least one bug reporting tool (Jira, Mantis, BugZilla).
- Knowledge of automation tools such as QTP, IBM RFT, Selenium.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and bug lifecycle.
- Qualification: BE/ BSc IT/ MSc IT/ MCA/ MCM.
- Must have a certification in software testing; ISTQB certification preferred.
