📝 Job Description:
- Responsible for creating new eLearning modules in English for industry leading AspenTech software solutions.
- Work cooperatively with the global eLearning team, Project Management and Customer Support & Training teams on collecting raw materials, developing content and conducting technical review.
- Create online training content/packages, including editing audio and video tracks.
- Adhere to standard processes such as development process life cycle, version control, and quality procedures.
- Participate in other training related projects and assignments as required.
- Be a strong team player.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, Engineering-related major.
- 0~2 years working experience in the chemicals/refining industry or producing content for education/training.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Familiar with latest eLearning technologies like LMS, MOOC, SCORM, Python.
- Passionate about education and digital learning.
- Demonstrated history of working well in groups in a matrix environment.
- Quick learner and embracing changes.
