Job Description:
- QMS OR CRM Customer relationship Management – 4 Months Contact and Based on your performance You will get opportunities for permanent role
- Training will be provided on Payroll
- Will be considered for the role of CRM.
- He / She would be handling clients / or client employees.
- Handling queries related to payroll, Income tax etc.
- Ability to close the queries within the TAT.
- Managing the leave attendance.
- If required should be willing to handle helpdesk if it is the role of QMS.
- If you are managing key accounts should be able to set deadlines with the payroll team for the deliverables as committed to the client.
- Ensure there is a clarity in receiving and sharing the input to clients & internally.
- Need to be eloquent in communication.
Skills:
- He / she should be good in analytical skills.
- Aptitude test (17/ 30 and above )
- Percentage 40% and above.
- Communication skills – good
- If they have done Payroll course its an added advantage.
- Good in excel & typing.
