📝 Job Description:
- Contributing to hands-on platform development activities – coding, debugging and testing
- Building integrating, supporting and improving data streaming services on Akamai Platform with focus on systems for collecting and analyzing performance metrics
- Conducting code and design reviews with peers; documenting your work, and engaging in process improvement
- Designing and developing DevOps tools to make the software delivery system run seamlessly
- Developing processes and tools to monitor, analyze, maintain and improve data pipelines usability and observability
Skills:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
- Have experience with SQL and software development using at least 2 out of Golang, Python, C/C++, Rust
- Have experience with distributed systems and Linux networking, including TCP/IP, SSH, SSL and HTTP protocols
- Have good understanding of big data platforms, like Apache Pulsar, Apache Flink or Apache Spark
- Demonstrate skills in bash scripting , SQLDo you love solving complex problems?
