Job Description:
- Work closely with internal and external customers to identify and solve application related queries.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree from a reputed institute
- Consult with customers and internal teams to resolve their queries
- Execute routine activities to ensure each application and database in good health
- Document activities and processes
- Works with development team to fix any issues in application OR enhance features
Skills:
- 0 – 2 years experience as application support engineer
- Hands on experience on MS SQL, MYSQL and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen effectively and write response
- Experience as a liaison between customers/internal teams and development team
- Ability to work independently as and when required
- Knowledge of any programming languages is a plus
