Job Description:

  • The responsibility of an advisor as customer service associate will be to assist our customers end to end for any queries around billing, package related and technical support.
  • Requires advisor to personalize the conversation, manage productivity, display strong communication skills and create sales opportunity.
  • Candidates needs to display attention to detail, show ownership and be able to embrace feedback.
  • Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and adhere to key compliance measures.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong verbal English language proficiency.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner
  • Attention to Detail -Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents
  • Ownership of the customer journey with quick and accurate resolution.
  • The role is aligned to our Service Desk Voice Support team which is responsible for performing day to day operations while maintaining SLAs & solving queries related to disputes while coordinating with customers.
  • The team reviews service requests based on the predefined scope of support, records, diagnoses, and troubleshoots customer raised incidents.
