- As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- You will also engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during the development process.
