Job Description :
- Ensuring that critical data is entered properly into forms and applications according to written instructions
- Using existing information to create client ready documents according to templates and outlined requirements
- Mining data from secondary sources, and reorganizing the data in a defined format that is easily read and understood
- Building basic proposal/pursuit materials including assignment matrices, compliance matrices and calendar schedules
- Generating simple reports and provide status updates
- Collecting data from online resources and developing simple presentations
- Formatting presentations using brand guidelines and instructions
- Creating deliverables and completing assigned tasks as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Basic knowledge of secondary research
- Ability to follow instructions and execute without error
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work virtually
- Solid reasoning and problem‐solving skills
