- Walk-in Drive | Customer Service (Voice/Chat) & Order Management | Freshers & Experienced | Pune
- Location: Hinjewadi, Pune
- Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts

Responsibilities:
Customer Service Executive (Voice & Chat)
- Salary: 3.6 LPA
- Handle customer queries via voice, chat, and email.
- Provide excellent customer support and issue resolution.
- Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Order Management Executive
- Salary: 3.5 – 5 LPA (Depends on experience)
- Manage end-to-end order processing and tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order completion.
- Handle order modifications, escalations, and customer updates.
