Compensation Details:
- Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee): INR 21 LPA
- Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee): INR 16 LPA
- Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee): INR 10 LPA + INR 1 Lakh Joining Bonus
