Job Description:
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via Calls.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
- Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
- Use CRM tools effectively.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
