Job Description:
- Position: Associate Customer Support
- Location: Tech Mahindra, Sharda Centre, Off Karve Road, Erandwane, Pune
- Qualification: Graduate 2025 pass outs
- Experience: 0-12+ Months in Customer Service
- Languages: English, Hindi & Marathi
- Shift: Rotational
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide resolutions
- Maintain quality, AHT/CHT & customer satisfaction
- Escalate priority issues when required
- Follow process updates and guidelines
- Maintain good attendance & punctuality
Skills:
- Good communication & customer-handling skills
- Good English Hindi Marathi communication
- Basic computer/PC knowledge
- Multitasking & active listening skills
- Customer-focused approach
Salary:
- 0-12 Months: 2.64 LPA
- 12+ Months: 2.96 LPA
