- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their travel-related issues.
- Provide accurate and timely assistance with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel arrangements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling complex customer complaints.
- Offer personalized recommendations for holiday packages based on customer preferences.
Skills:
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with focus on customer service roles (preferably in the travel industry).
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as per business requirements.
