Job Description:
- Role: HR Recruiter Talent Acquisition
- Location: Galaxy Embassy, Noida Sector 62
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews
- Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Achieve defined sourcing and recruitment targets
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English
