Job Description:
- Job Title: Trainee – AR / Pre-Authorization
- Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
- Shift: Night Shif
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Qualification: Minimum HSC/10+2 Equivalent (Any Graduate Preferred)
- Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers can apply)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient insurance verification and eligibility checks.
- Obtain accurate insurance coverage details from insurance carriers.
- Ensure all information collected complies with client and process requirements.
- Communicate effectively with insurance representatives to resolve queries and obtain required authorizations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update records in the system.
- Adhere to quality standards, productivity targets, and turnaround times.
- Analyze insurance information and take appropriate actions based on coverage details.
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC/10+2 qualification.
- Any graduate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience (0-1 year) in a US Calling Process will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in permanent night shifts.
