Job Description:
- Handle international customer chats with professionalism
- Resolve customer queries with clear and effective communication.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting quality standards.
- Immediate joiners are only.
- Work From Office only.
- No general day shifts.
- Candidates who have attended a [24]7.ai interview within the last 30 days are not eligible
- Rotational shifts | 5 working days | 2 rotational weekly offs
Requirements:
- Education: PUC (12th Pass), 3-Year Diploma, Undergraduate, or Graduate (any stream).
- Freshers & experienced both are eligible
- Non-BPO (other domain) work experience will also be considered.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Age Criteria – 30 – 33 years max
