📝 Job Description:
Continuous Learning:
- Design and impart targeted interview prep training programs for associates.
- Conduct technology training sessions for our staging associates in Java, Python, .NET, SQL, Angular, React, JavaScript, and more.
- Perform technical screenings of HTD/Experienced hires to assess their technical competencies.
EIB Support:
- Assist EIBs with tech support cases, focusing on skill and performance improvement.
- Plan and execute skill improvement programs under the guidance of the Director of Technology, ensuring clear outcomes within set timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Java, Python, .NET, Cloud Technologies, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or related areas are highly desirable.
Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java /Python/C#, Angular/ React/ JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures. Good in SQL with the ability to write complex queries.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS/ Azure/ GCP.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of API development and management.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint / Excel is an added advantage.
