Job Description:
- We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and Python to support data driven decision making across the organization.
- The candidate will be responsible for collecting, transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.
- Experience in ESG data reporting and visualization is desirable but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Extract, cleanse, transform, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data analysis using Python and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design and implement data models, KPIs, and performance metrics to support business objectives.
- Automate recurring reports and analytical processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Conduct data quality assessments and troubleshoot reporting issues.
- Present analytical findings through effective visualizations and data storytelling.
- Support ESG related reporting and visualization initiatives when required.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Hands on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience in data cleansing, transformation, and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to ESG data, sustainability metrics, or regulatory reporting.
- Experience with cloud platforms and advanced analytics tools.
