📝 Job Description:
- As an intern you will serve as practitioner who performs application monitoring activities, administers the application and does application support operations.
- You will perform non code related application configurations and update and maintain related documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Application Monitoring (Monitoring application processes, Incident & Fault Analysis, Simple Rectification)
- Perform, and manage Low to medium-level production (Application) support tasks and activities that require knowledge regarding application and its functionality along with the key technology used to develop the application
- Perform monitoring of application processes and system notifications
- Administer the Applications related to Services
- Perform non-code-related application configuration activities
- Acquire, update and maintain knowledge documentation on all in-scope Applications
- Provide triage services for all Incidents
- Support senior and principal consultants in day-to-day application support and documentation activities while learning on the job.
Requirements:
- Graduate: B.Sc (Comp. Sc./Electronics/PCM etc.) / BCA, should have completed or be pursuing final year degree as per PMIS Guidelines
- (12+3) Academic years
- Pass percentage of 60 % throughout their academics (10th, 12th, and College)
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take up challenging tasks.
