📝 Job Description:
- Title: Apprentice
- Location: Bangalore, India.
- Note : Must be graduated recently or in the year 2025 from B.Com/BBA/MBA with no backlogs.
- Timings : 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Support supply chain reporting, analysis, and business performance tracking activities.
- Assist in extracting data from supplier invoices and validating invoice information for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform invoice data extraction from PDF and scanned documents and maintain structured records for reporting purposes.
- Verify extracted invoice details such as supplier information, invoice dates, invoice amounts, taxes, purchase order references, and payment terms.
- Support purchase order, inventory, supplier, and procurement data analysis.
- Maintain and update supply chain datasets, spreadsheets, and reporting templates.
- Assist in creating dashboards, presentations, and business reports for stakeholders.
- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with business teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Document business processes, reporting requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, finance, and operations teams on day-to-day analytical activities.
- Perform ad-hoc reporting, data validation, and business analysis tasks as assigned.
- Learn and apply supply chain best practices, business processes, and reporting methodologies
