Job Description:
- We are hiring for International Service Desk -L1 support & International voice process- Good with Office 365 knowledge/ ticketing tool.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective L1 support to international clients via phone. Voice process.
- Manage tickets using ticketing tools to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
Skills:
- Freshers with basic technical support knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Candidate should be graduates, having all orignal marksheets with provisional/ degree certificate.
