Job Description:
- Full flexibility to operate within a 24×7 rotational shift environment
- Proven ability to handle critical situations independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office tools combined with efficient keyboard skills
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication capabilities
- Capability to perform effectively and maintain productivity under adverse conditions
Preferred candidate profile:
- Proficiency in English communication (written, reading, and spoken)
- Strong logical, cognitive, and analytical abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of the social media space, including trends, engagement strategies, and areas of caution
- Excellent research and data analysis skills
- Adept at rapidly learning and mastering complex workflows and processes
- Strong internet literacy with direct experience in Payments Fraud & Risk or comparable programs
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
- Willing to work from office
