📝 Job Description:
- Candidates must be willing to work in any weekdays or weekend shifts (morning, day & night) based on requirement and it will be on a rotational basis.
- Shift timings are:
- Shift1 From 06:00 Till 15:00 IST
- Shift2 From 14:00 Till 23:00 IST
- Shift3 From 22:00 Till 07:00 IST
- Candidates must be flexible enough to learn any tools/technology if he/she is unaware of & start supporting that application/process.
- If a candidate gets selected, then he/she will get an opportunity to support both On-premises & Cloud (GCP) based applications & processes.
- Candidates must be a good learner and get knowledge of an existing system quickly and start supporting.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a minimum 16 years of education, BE/BTECH/MTECH or similar.
- Candidate must be having between 0-1 years of professional IT Production support experience
Skills:
- Candidates must be willing to learn new technologies and have flexibility to work in a production support with below technical skill sets.
- Good Python knowledge
- SQL/PLSQL knowledge & can write queries
- UNIX basic scripting / Commands
- Any scheduling tool knowledge (Good if knows CTM/Composer/$U)
- Can write SQL queries to debug , code and support
- Must be flexible to work in Production support
- GCP/AWS/AZURE or any cloud knowledge
- ABI working knowledge (can work on issue fixing & code enhancement)
- Python scripting
- UNIX Shell scripting
