Job Description:

- Job Title: Trainee Management trainee

- Reporting Time: 10 AM to 12 PM
Responsibilities:
- Functions: Performing compliance verification/approval and quality review
Quality control review - Arrange for periodic training to the staff to be aware of the changes in the accounting policies and procedures as well as customer specific change
- Periodic calls and meetings with client to discuss SLA compliance and ongoing plans to improve
processes - Proactively identify and mitigate Finance process risks(AP, AR & General Accounting.
- Address escalations Monitor team’s KPI report Improve & implement Accounting best practices
- Provide exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships Plan for and develop overall process calendar and coordinate timing and inputs with team Review operations trend and project volume of transactions.
- Manage and mentor members of the team to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement.
- Responsible for process back up creation and resource allocation.
- Creating team goals that are in line with overall strategies.
- To manage end-to-end skill set operations in line with the Unit objectives OR company plan, thereby contributing to business performance. Improvement: Managing & improving Customer Experience Managing AHT, Utilization, Outliers, Attendance, and Attrition; Performance reviews
Skills:
- Full-time Postgraduates from streams MBA (Full-Time) with specialization in Finance, Marketing,Operations, Business Analytics, or related fields. Batch of 2024,2025,2026 from a recognized university/college.
- Course Type: Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time/correspondence courses will not be considered). Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the other courses are full-time.
- Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: The candidate should not have any pending backlogs in the academics.
- Extended education: Candidates should have completed the course within the stipulated course duration (i.e., No extended education in Highest Qualification).
- Gap/Break in Education: It is mandatory for students to declare gaps in education, if any in the TCS Application Form. The overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education.
- Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years.
