Job Description:
- Handle customer queries through live chat, email, or messaging platforms.
- Provide real-time assistance to international clients for product or service-related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Record and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Strong grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in customer support, chat process, or customer service is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible or rotational shifts.
