📝 Job Description:
- We are hiring for the below mentioned requirement.
- Role – SAP Helpdesk / SAP Master Data Management
- Employment type – FTE
- Number of positions – 4
- Experience – Fresher
- Education – B.Com , BCA, BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech (good academic qualification of batch 2025)
- Location – Kolkata (5 days’ Work from Office)

Responsibilities:
- SAP Help Desk SAP HD Brief Job Description: Provide first-level support to SAP users. Handle ticket incidents using tools like ServiceNow or Jira. Resolve common issues login, authorisation, transaction errors Escalate complex problems to higher support teams.
- Manage user access roles Maintain basic documentation and follow SLAs
Requirements:
- BE/B. Tech/MCA with good communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and quick learner with positive attitude.
- Min. Marks in 10th & 12th Board Exam- 80%; Min. CGPA in Engineering- 7.5.
Documents Carry:
