Job Description:
- Job Title – Associate Analyst
- Salary – 3.8 LPA
- Qualification – Any Post Graduate
- Job Timings – 9 AM to 6PM, Work from Office
Responsibilities:
- Expected to do high-quality stream of research output in the form of construction project profiles.
- The main job role will include tracking down the newly announced projects, updating the existing project
- database, and handling client queries as per the requirement.
- Good written and spoken communication skill is must.
- The primary research (Calling) is a key part of the job profile and candidates are expected to speak to key
- players in the construction industry across the globe as per project to project requirement.
- The calling time may accounts to ~40% of the days time. The candidates should be proactive and willing to
- accept the new challenges or additional work that may come across once in a while.
Skills:
- Working Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, comprehension, and precision
- Proactive attitude
- Self-motivated, with proven ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Good verbal, and written communication skills
