Job Description:
- Zycus is hiring AI Interns with strong Generative AI acumen to work across multiple business and technology functions.
- This is not a role limited to SRE or DevOpsinterns will be mapped to teams based on their skills, interests, and strengths.
- You will get an opportunity to apply GenAI in real-world enterprise scenarios across customer-facing, product, and internal platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Work on GenAI-powered use cases relevant to your assigned function
- Assist in building, testing, or optimizing LLM-based applications and workflows
- Use AI tools to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and solve business problems
- Support teams in data analysis, insights generation, and decision support
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive AI adoption across the organization
- Contribute to process improvement, innovation, and AI experimentation
Requirements:
- Final-year students or recent graduates (0–1 year)
Skills:
Must-Have Skills
- Basic programming knowledge (Python and/or Java)
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and LLMs
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar AI platforms
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of at least one:
- Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- APIs / system integration
- Linux/Unix
Good-to-Have Skills
- Prompt engineering or AI use-case building
- Exposure to SaaS, enterprise systems, or automation workflows
- Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, or microservices
- Understanding of customer lifecycle, support workflows, or training systems
- Version control (Git)
