📝Job Description:

  • Provide dedicated operational and administrative support to the Claims team
  • Accurately process claim submissions, including gathering and verifying documentation
  • Track and monitor open claims to ensure all requirements, deadlines, and subjectivities are met
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in claims systems and CRMs
  • Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and internal teams to gather information, provide updates, and resolve inquiries
  • Pre-draft emails for the Claims team to support faster communication workflows
  • Assist with mod score analysis, loss run analysis, and analytics for monthly claims audits
  • Support Work Comp-related email communication (based on experience)
  • Prepare claims reports, summaries, and status updates for stakeholders
  • Support billing-related processes tied to claims, in coordination with carriers and internal teams
  • Organize and track outstanding claim requirements, subjectivities, and compliance needs
  • You will be working 5 days a week, including one weekend day, but will have 2 days off in a row.
  • Working hours will be 9am – 6pm EST.
  • Location: Philippines (Remote).

Skills:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry (agency, brokerage, or carrier), ideally in claims operations
  • Strong understanding of insurance terminology, claims processes, and documentation requirements
  • Experience with insurance management systems and/or CRMs
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership in a support-focused role
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt quickly to new processes
  • Commercial insurance experience strongly preferred
