Job Description:
- International Voice process II Excellent English Communication
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via Calls and Chat.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
- Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
- Use CRM tools effectively.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
- Candidates with Customer support or Sales experience.
- Salary Range: 2.50LPA to 4LPA + Incentives
