- SOA -Process Executive /Senior Process Executive /L1- Job Description
- Sales Operations Agent / Customer Service Representative
- Minimum Experience: Fresher
- Education: Graduation
- Note: Looking for 2023 and above pass out only.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales rep via cases by providing & suggesting relevant customer company and agency hierarchies.
- Make need based changes in assignment; resolving roll-up and pod assignment problems.
- Consulting on other issues related to assignment and company/agency hierarchies.
- Respond to internal customers by answering relevant company roll-up questions; suggesting company names as per Chief Compliance and other policies making live changes in tool if required/requested- only on receiving confirmation from sales rep
- Resolve sales rep problems/requests by clarifying the sales reps complaint/request; determining the cause of the request; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the request; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Respond to all cases with in the stipulated TAT
- Ensure sales rep satisfaction
