- Project Role: Application Support Engineer
- Minimum0-2 year(s) of experience is required
- Educational Qualification:15 years of full-time education
Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting issues and resolutions to enhance team knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and resolution of system challenges.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
🛠️ Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.
- Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software support processes and incident management.
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
