Job Description:
- Manually identify and “scrub” each of the SMB advertiser accounts
- Help improve the defined processes as we create more automation and gather information
- Ability to learn to work with Google internal tools
- Agent will also be trusted to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines
- Good communication skills (English Read and Write)
- Has a fair understanding & knowledge of digital marketing and social media
- Experience with Google Docs (or similar programs) is an added advantage
- Quick learner and has an understanding of complex processes
- Willing to work with Rotational shifts
