Job Description:
- Role: Back End Operations
- Experience: 0-2 years of work experience in back office/BPO/Customer Service or similar transaction BPO processing
- Date of Interview -23rd March (1 PM)
- Walkin Interview Location: Address: Building 2, Candor Techspace, IT/ITES,SEZ, Tikri, Sector-48, Gurgaon 122001,
- Shift Timing- 5.30 pm to 3.00 am IST (Only fixed shift /Mon-Fri)
- Work from Office: From Day 2 Onwards (Work from office -5days)
- Service Agreement – Yes (12months) | Permanent role with Wipro | No contract position

Responsibilities:
- The Team Member is responsible for developing superior understanding of client plan provisions, identify opportunities for knowledge enhancement and deliver to high standards of quality and timeliness.
- Consulting Skills, Client Knowledge and Client Service:
- Prioritizes work as required in order to effectively respond to client needs
- Demonstrates sound understanding of client plan provisions by asking questions and responding to client needs in a timely fashion
- Ensures knowledge of client plan provisions and supporting documentation is current and updated
- Follows all predefined procedures, adheres to all the process guidelines and ensures that performance parameters are met and/ or exceeded against SLA targets
- Participates & contributes in daily huddles and status meetings
- Ensures on-time and accurate delivery of all tasks as per Service Level Agreements
- Adaptability and Flexibility, Coaching and Recognition, Cross-cultural Competence
- Delivers on new/ adhoc tasks in order to meet client/ internal goals promptly
- Seeks and accepts feedback from coaches & mentors to enhance knowledge and capabilities
- Creates/ updates SOP where and when required.
- Work with other supporting groups to enhance procedures and eliminate wastage.
Skills:
- Candidate should possess good communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel -Intermediate
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal, written and listening ability).
- Shares information and write and speak concisely
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Takes ownership and responsibility for work assigned
