📝 Job Description:
- As a Product Management Intern, you will work closely with the Product Management and Design teams to help define, document, and deliver product features that solve real customer problems.
- You will assist in requirement gathering, user research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and coordination with engineering teams.
- This internship is ideal for someone who wants to learn how B2B SaaS products are built, validated, and launched in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in customer interviews, requirement gathering, and workflow discovery sessions.
- Assist in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and feature briefs.
- Create and maintain product documentation in Jira.
- Analyze product usage data and generate insights for prioritization.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams during sprint planning and testing.
- Conduct competitor and market research to support roadmap planning.
- Prepare product demos and internal presentations for stakeholder alignment.
- Support the creation of product metrics dashboards and success measurement.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate (B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent).
- Prior internship or coursework in business analysis, tech, or UX preferred (not mandatory)
Skills:
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with tools like Excel/Sheets, Figma, Jira, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
- Curiosity about technology, SaaS, and digital transformation.
- Self-driven and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Duration & Benefits:
- Internship duration: 3–6 months
- Location: Hybrid / Remote (flexible)
- Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on profile)
- Certificate and LOR on completion.
