Job description:
- Genpact Walk-in interview for the role of Process Associate & Process Developer, Customer service: Voice_ Gurgaon
- Walk-in Date: 19-March-2026 (Thursday)
- Walk-in time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Walk-in venue: Genpact, Plot No: 22B, Oswal buildings, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122015, India
- Graduation: Any grad is eligible (except law/diploma)
- Experience: 0-5 years (previous exp. in voice process is required)
- Work location: Gurgaon (Work from office)
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and customer concerns
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
Requirements:
- Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Freshers are eligible.
- Candidates with previous exp. in voice process are also eligible (1-5 years)
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role (voice)
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Analytical skills with customer centric approach
- Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
