Responsibilities:
Operation & Maintenance
- Carry out routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance of plant and machinery.
- Assist in breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment such as excavators, cranes, batching plants, compressors, generators, loaders, etc.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow safety procedures and OEM guidelines while operating and maintaining equipment.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and site safety norms.
- Report unsafe conditions, equipment defects, or near-miss incidents immediately.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily maintenance logs, service records, and checklists.
- Coordinate with supervisors for spares requirement and maintenance schedules.
Coordination & Housekeeping
- Coordinate with operators, site teams, and vendors for smooth equipment operation.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in workshop and equipment areas.
