Job description:
- Position: Fraud Analyst
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Working Days: 5 days
- Shifts: Rotational
- Week Offs: Rotational week offs
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review customer transactions for suspicious activity
- Identify potential fraud patterns and risk indicators
- Maintain documentation and prepare investigation reports
- Escalate cases to internal teams as required
- Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all investigations
Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- Pursuing candidates are NOT eligible
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Skills:
- Strong analytical ability
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Logical reasoning and problemsolving
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
