📝 Job Description:
- Assist in the development, training, and evaluation of AI/ML models for various business use cases.
- Work with senior engineers to build data pipelines and prepare datasets for model development.
- Support the implementation and deployment of models into production, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well documented code in Python and related libraries.
- Participate in PoCs, research activities, and continuous learning of new AI frameworks and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams—including data engineering, product, and domain experts—to deliver AI features and solutions.
- Support the development of GenAI applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Crew.ai (good to have).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Follow best practices in MLOps, version control, model tracking, and testing.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics, Electrical, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
- M.Tech / MS in related fields (optional for fresher hiring).
- Strong academic projects related to AI/ML will be considered a plus.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals (supervised, unsupervised learning).
- Knowledge / Experience in AI Model Engineering
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, or C++.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit Learn.
- Understanding of core concepts in one or more areas: o Natural Language Processing (NLP) o Computer Vision o Generative AI models o Deep Learning architecture
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
- Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) is an added advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong foundation in mathematics (probability, statistics, linear algebra).
- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, Crew.ai or other agentic frameworks.
- Experience with Flask / FastAPI / Django for building ML-backed applications.
- Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD, or basic MLOps tools.
- Participation in AI/ML competitions, Kaggle, personal AI projects, or internships.
