Job Description:
- Review and process platform data in alignment with company standards
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of processed content
- Work on intricate mapping workflows and specialized geographic domains.
- Validate and update existing map features, addressing any discrepancies or outdated information.
- Build and maintain high-quality maps including creation, curation, and map data quality.
- Complete requests within established SLA support windows and quality levels.
- Complete regular trainings and achieve progression.
Skills:
- Good comprehension and analytical ability
- Familiarity with digital maps or location-based data (added subtly)
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Strong focus and ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Flexibility for rotational shifts, including night shifts if required
- Immediate joiners preferred
