📝 Job Description:
- Digital Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective digital sales strategies that align with overall business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing tactics to ensure a competitive edge.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through digital channels such as social media, email campaigns, online advertising, and search engine optimization. Use data-driven insights to prioritize and qualify leads.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients in a consultative manner, understanding their digital needs, challenges, and goals. Tailor solutions to address their specific requirements and showcase the value proposition of our digital products/services
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions using CRM software. Regularly update and report on sales activities and progress towards targets.
- Digital Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s digital offerings, including software, platforms, and services. Articulate the benefits and features of digital products to potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing digital clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Negotiation and Closing: Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals while addressing objections and concerns. Ensure contracts and agreements are executed accurately.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Metrics and Reporting: Analyse sales data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital sales strategies. Make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, sales techniques, and digital marketing best practices. Continuously improve your digital sales skills through training and self-guided learning.
Requirements:
- Close to graduating from a STEM MBA Program no earlier than 2027.
- Have a strong affinity with technology, like to be hands-on and explore and build your skills.
- Have a year or two of software sales experience working with clients on solving problems and helping them digitally transform their business.
Preferred technical and professional experience:
- B.Tech/B.E Background with MBA
