Job Description:
- Diploma (Mechanical /Electrical/Chemical/Civil) passing out in the year 2026
- Min 60% in HSC & Diploma (Both at the time of selection & after completion of degree)
- Must have good written & spoken communication skills in English.
- No Active Backlog at the time of selection in the qualifying course
- Should complete the course in normal/stipulated time without any backlogs.
- Job location: Pune, Mumbai, Shirwal, Solapur, Paudh, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Savali, Dahej, Jhagadia, Bharuch, Delhi or its client location (Site)
- Salary: Diploma Engineering Trainee (DAT) – 3LPA
- Bond : – No Bond Applicable.
Responsibilities:
Field Engineering and Commissioning:
- Coordinate engineering activities during project lifecycles, including design
reviews and technical discussions. - Support field engineering and commissioning efforts across various domains
(mechanical, electrical, and civil). - This role requires travel to project and client sites, offering hands-on exposure
to engineering, operations, and site-based activities
Operations and Maintenance:
- Monitor daily operations of Thermax equipment.
- Monitor plant performance, ensuring optimal efficiency and adherence to health
and safety standards.
Site Support and Travel:
- Visit project sites for equipment installation, commissioning, and
troubleshooting. - Collaborate with site teams to address on-ground challenges and ensure
smooth project execution.
Health, Safety, and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during site activities.
- Participate in risk assessments and contribute to a safe working environment.
Skills:
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Effective communication and ability to work in team.
- Basic understanding of industrial safety and compliance standards.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in dynamic on-site environments.
Compensation Details (DAT):
Diploma Apprentice Trainee
- The total stipend â‚ą3 LPA for DAT, broken down as follows
- Employer’s share: ₹21,000 per month (paid by Thermax at the end of each month)
- Government’s share: ₹4,000 per month (credited by the government on or before the
10th of the following month)
