Job Description:
- HCLTech is Hiring for US Technical Support (Blended Process) Noida
- Job Location: HCL Technologies, Sector 126, Noida
- Process Type: Technical Support (Blended)
- Education Criteria For Experience – Any Graduate plus 1+ year experience into Technical Support (International)
- Education Criteria For Freshers – Must be a Graduate/Postgraduate. (Educational Qualification: B.Com / BA / BBA / M.Com/MA, Bsc)
- Candidates with B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MBA,, Pharma or Law backgrounds are not eligible.
- Graduation Result awaited or Regular Pursuing candidates or will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware/software/application issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide resolution and assistance.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for case handling and documentation.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working in 24×7 US shifts.
