Job Description:
- Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for home loans.
- Maximize sales through a DSA/connector/builder channel/LAP and manage effective relationships to ensure strong business.
- Maximize the number of APFs and increase penetration in the approved APF projects.
- Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
- Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any field with minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Retail housing finance
- DSA, HL & Builder Experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of loan documentation process.
- Male candidates will be preferred.
- Should have experience in open market business sourcing.
- Good communication and selling skills is a must

- The interviews will be conducted in Navi Mumbai. Shortlisted candidates will then be allocated to one of the following locations for work: Goregaon, Thane, Andheri, Belapur
