📝 Job Description:
- A Transportation Representative at NOC facilitates flow of information between different stakeholders (Warehouses/Category teams/Carriers) and resolves any potential issues that impact customer experience and business continuity.
- Transportation Representative at NOC works across Inbound operations.
- Inbound Operations deals with Vendor/Carrier/FC relationship, to plan the freight for delivery in warehouses as per given appointment time.
- Transportation Representative on Inbound addresses any potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of forecasting to actual delivery of the appointment.
Skills:
- Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language.
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers Good comprehension skills
- ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present. Ability to concentrate
- follow customers issues without distraction to resolution.
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, internet browser and Excellent typing skills.
- Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites.
- Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications
Preferred Qualifications:
