📝 Job Description:
- Project Role : Technology Support Engineer
- Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
- Must have skills : Microsoft Windows Desktop Management
- Good to have skills : NA
- Minimum 0-2 year(s) of experience is required
- Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to system processes and procedures.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical skills and knowledge relevant to the role
🛠️ Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
- Experience with remote desktop support tools.
- Familiarity with incident management systems and ticketing tools.
- Understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
