📝 Job Description:
- As a Finance Analyst Trainee, you will gain practical experience in building impactful dashboards, understanding Cisco’s business operations, participating in the month-end close process, and assisting with the consolidation of statutory accounts.
- You will develop key skills in financial analysis, reporting, and contribute to the team’s overall success.
- This is a 12-month apprenticeship program including on-the-job and classroom-based training.
- You will also have the opportunity to learn new reporting tools like Power BI and FinBO.
Skills:
- A genuine interest in finance and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounts / Finance with no active backlogs.
- Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
- Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, “Can do” attitude,
- proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
- Must have graduated in 2025 obtained a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC)
- Must be available for a period of 12 months starting January 2026
